Amman Ahliyya signs cooperation agreement with Cerebral Palsy Care Foundation to train physiotherapy students

Amman Ahliyya University, represented by Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences Prof. Ghaleb Arikat, signed a training agreement with the Jordanian Cerebral Palsy Care Foundation, represented by its Director, Abeer Sakijha, in the presence of Dr. Saad Al-Nassan, Head of the Physiotherapy Department.

The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in practical training for physiotherapy students, enhancing their field skills and qualifications in line with the latest academic and professional standards.

Under the agreement, undergraduate physiotherapy students will receive hands-on training at the Foundation in accordance with both parties’ regulations, ensuring an applied environment that boosts their scientific and practical competence.

Prof. Arikat said the agreement is part of the faculty’s strategic partnerships with health institutions and therapy centres across the Kingdom to provide high-quality training opportunities that help students meet graduation requirements.

Sakijha expressed pride in the cooperation, noting that the Foundation seeks to support students by providing practical experience that prepares them to enter the job market efficiently.
