Amman- A slight decrease in temperatures is expected Saturday, with weather turning relatively cold and partly to occasionally cloudy. Scattered rain showers, sometimes heavy and accompanied by thunder and hail, are forecast for northern and central parts of the Kingdom, potentially extending at times to parts of the eastern and southwestern regions.

Nighttime brings cold conditions to most areas. Winds will be westerly to southwesterly, moderate in speed, occasionally active and dust-raising in the Badia regions.

The Meteorological Department warns in its report of reduced, and sometimes absent, horizontal visibility during early morning hours due to fog over mountain highlands and parts of the plains.
