Amman- Zain Jordan announced launch of new Coaching Program as part of company efforts to empower employees and support professional and personal growth within inclusive work environment.

Initiative stems from company commitment to investing in its people, helping them unlock potential, develop capabilities, and advance confidently in career journey. Program also improves customer-facing services and reinforces Zain leadership in supporting Kingdom's digital, telecom infrastructure.
Program included two phases training, certifying managers to become accredited coaches. Network of 22 certified coaches formed, delivering over 2,200 coaching hours to employees. Zain introduced dedicated digital platform enabling employees to book sessions, track development journey easily.
