King Receives Pakistan’s Highest Civilian Honour

Amman – Pakistani President awards King Abdullah II the Al-Nahda Order in recognition of Jordan–Pakistan friendship and stronger bilateral ties.

President Asif Ali Zardari grants the King the ‘Nishan-e-Pakistan’, Pakistan’s highest civilian decoration, acknowledging the King’s efforts to deepen cooperation between the two countries.

The King and President Zardari hold talks in Islamabad on Sunday, the final stop of the King’s Asian working tour.

During the meeting at Aiwan-e-Sadr, the King expresses appreciation for the close relations between the two nations and stresses commitment to expanding cooperation across several sectors.
