Middle East University organises second Community Giving Day through the Student Affairs Dean’s Office and student clubs to promote volunteerism, social responsibility, and active civic engagement. Event aims to strengthen national belonging, develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills, and familiarise students with community and youth-sector institutions.

Thirty-three local entities participate, including government, civil and youth organisations such as Al-Shoula Club for the Blind, Institute of Politics and Society, Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Hashemite Fund for Badia Development, Al-Hassan Youth Award, Crown Prince Foundation’s ‘Nahno’ platform, Justice Centre for Legal Aid, All Jordan Youth Commission, Charity Clothing Bank, Zaha Cultural Centre, Jordan Red Crescent, King Hussein Cancer Foundation, Save the Children, Generations for Peace, and Madrasati.

Ninety-two students take part in a full day of activities, alongside three MEU student initiatives: Athar, IEEE MEU Student Branch, and Bader application team. Student Affairs affirms continued support for community programmes in line with the university’s vision of preparing qualified youth who contribute to societal development.
