Digital Economy Ministry conducts electronic draw for youths born 2007 to choose 6000 conscripts for next year, distributed over 3 batches of 2000 each.

Minister of Digital Economy Sami Smirat says technical committee runs draw using precise statistical algorithm after full cybersecurity checks to ensure fair provincial distribution and data protection.

Notification sent via khidmetalam.gov.jo platform, Sanad app and SMS. Smirat urges eligible youths to review instructions and schedules on platform.

He confirms selected youths’ data protected electronically and on paper, and delivered to Armed Forces after committee signs session report. Committee includes representatives from Digital Economy Ministry, Jordan Armed Forces–Arab Army and Civil Status and Passports Department.

Government Communication Minister and official spokesperson Mohammad Momani says electronic draw follows Crown Prince Hussein’s directives for transparent, exception-free digital selection.

Momani notes National Service and Reserve Service Law completes constitutional stages and is officially published, with legal instructions issued.

Programme aims to strengthen national identity, discipline and prepare youth to contribute to national development.

Momani says no exemptions except sole dependents of parents or medically unfit cases proven before medical boards.

Head of National and Reserve Service at Jordan Armed Forces Col. Ziyad Khawalda presents recruitment and joining stages, including dates and procedures.
