Source tells Al Malaeb newspaper that Al Wehdat star Amer Abu Jamous decides to remain with team during current period and not pursue overseas professional move, despite interest from Libyan clubs.
According to source, player believes Libyan league does not meet technical ambitions at present, especially after standout performances during Arab Cup, where he proves ability to compete at higher level and requires stronger professional offer that matches development.
Source adds that moving to weaker league could negatively affect player chances with national team and may lead to exclusion in coming period, factor he considers before taking any professional step.
