Hneiti: effective air and fire support to protect borders, destroy hostile targets

Hneiti begins tour at Martyr Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, where he is received by Royal Jordanian Air Force commander. Briefing outlines missions and vital role of air force in supporting ground forces through aerial surveillance, reconnaissance and destruction of hostile targets to prevent threats along northern border front. He stresses continuous coordination among military branches to enhance border protection and speed response.
Tour includes inspection of Royal Rocket Battalion 29, where Hneiti reviews combat readiness and role of Royal Artillery in providing fire support to units operating on northern front. He underlines importance of professionalism in planning and execution to ensure armed forces perform duties effectively.
On northern border front, and in presence of Eastern Military Region commander, Hneiti reviews measures implemented by Royal Border Guard Battalion 4 to counter arms and drug smuggling using advanced defensive technologies that enhance monitoring and early warning, ensuring rapid and effective response to potential threats.
At conclusion of tour, attended by senior armed forces officers, Hneiti conveys greetings and appreciation of His Majesty the Supreme Commander of Armed Forces for efforts of armed forces personnel across all locations and branches. He praises their professionalism and high competence, affirming continued development of defensive capabilities to safeguard Kingdom security and citizen safety under all circumstances.
