Reflect, the leading digital banking app from Arab Bank, has launched its new AI-powered virtual assistant “Riva” to provide customers with round-the-clock support and instant responses to their inquiries.
The launch aligns with Reflect’s commitment to meeting the evolving financial needs of individuals across different segments by offering modern, innovative services that enhance the overall digital banking experience.
The intelligent assistant “Riva” enables users to receive immediate, interactive responses through a chatbot within the Reflect app. The service supports both Arabic and English, allowing users to inquire about app services, review account details, track expenses, and access additional features with ease.
Customers can interact with Riva via written or voice messages. The assistant also includes a voice-to-text feature that instantly converts recorded voice messages into text, with Riva responding within seconds either in writing or through a recorded voice message. The “Speak Directly to Riva” and “Voice-to-Text” features are described as first-of-their-kind additions in the region.
The service is available not only to existing customers but also to prospective users who wish to open a Reflect digital account and require immediate support prior to registration.
