U.S. President Donald Trump said Sunday that the United States destroyed and sank nine vessels belonging to the Iranian navy and largely destroyed its naval headquarters.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated: “I was just informed that we destroyed and sank nine Iranian naval vessels, some of them relatively large and important… We are pursuing the rest, and they will soon be at the bottom of the sea as well! In another attack, we largely destroyed the Iranian naval headquarters.”
