MP Ali Al-Khalayleh stressed the need for Jordanian diplomacy to be more active and present in national issues that directly affect Jordan, noting that it often appears more engaged in external files than in priority domestic matters.
He questioned why the Iranian chargé d’affaires remains in the Kingdom, stating, “We cannot continue exercising restraint in this reprehensible policy.”
Al-Khalayleh called on the Jordanian government to open the country’s airspace to friendly nations to carry out strikes against what he described as the “bloody and corrupt regime” in Iran.
