Pakistan Studying Financing Options to Repay Loan to UAE

Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing Pakistani Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, that Pakistan is considering financing options from countries and banks to repay a $3 billion loan from the United Arab Emirates and to help maintain its foreign exchange reserve levels.
Aurangzeb told Bloomberg in Washington, "The required amount will be financed from multiple sources," including commercial options and bilateral loans, adding that his country is "studying all options."
