For the fifth consecutive year, Orange Jordan continues to empower female entrepreneurs through its "Inspirational Change-Maker" (Mulhimat al-Taghyir) award. The initiative is supported by Capital Bank and held in cooperation with the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) under the "SHETECHS" women’s empowerment umbrella.
The 2026 Edition: Progress and Selection
Since its inception, the award has recognized 13 female leaders. The 2026 edition has reached a critical stage:
Current Phase: A specialized jury recently listened to the success stories of 10 finalists selected from an initial pool of 56 tech-focused projects.
Final Prizes: Three winners will be chosen for the main categories, alongside a newly introduced category for Sustainable Solutions.
Ceremony: The winners are scheduled to be honored in early May.
