The Faculty of Media at Middle East University in Amman hosted filmmaker and National Geographic photojournalist Annie Sakkab. During the meeting, Sakkab screened her short film, "We Sang a Poem," presenting a humanitarian and visual experience that reflected her style in cinematic storytelling and documenting realistic tales through a method that combines journalistic sense with artistic dimension. The screening was followed by a dialogue session in which she discussed the stages of the film's production, starting from the crystallization of the idea, through the filming processes, and up to editing and directing, reviewing the professional challenges and creative choices that accompanied the work.
