Security personnel on Tuesday found a body near the Sixth Circle in the capital, prompting an investigation into the circumstances of the incident, an official said.

The Public Security Directorate spokesperson said the individual had "apparently fallen from a high place," adding that the body was transferred to forensic teams for examination.

The spokesperson did not indicate whether there is any suspicion of criminal activity.
