Jordan University Hospital (JUH) received 14 children from the Gaza Strip suffering from heart, kidney, urinary tract, bone, and digestive system diseases.
The cases will receive specialized medical care as part of the humanitarian efforts led by His Majesty King Abdullah II to alleviate the civilians' suffering in Gaza Strip.
According to a JUH statement issued on Tuesday, the children's admission is part of the ongoing medical support provided by the Kingdom to Gaza.
On Monday, Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF)-Arab Army evacuated the 27th batch of sick children from the Gaza Strip under the "Jordanian Medical Corridor" initiative.
This group included 42 children and 75 companions, who were then distributed among Jordanian hospitals for continued treatment.
The hospital's Director General, Dr. Nader Bsoul, said reception of the children reflects the practical commitment to Royal directives aimed at supporting Gaza people.
He added that the hospital is dedicating all its medical and human resources to serving these children and is working to provide "comprehensive healthcare in accordance with the highest approved standards." Jordan, under the King's leadership, continues its humanitarian and medical efforts in receiving and treating children and wounded people coming from the Gaza Strip, he pointed out.
He noted the hospital continues to provide the "necessary" health care and closely monitor medical cases to ensure treatment completion.
