Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Hassan Al-Issawi met today in separate meetings with a delegation from the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) council and a delegation representing the Qidwa Party.
During the meetings, Al-Issawi presented the pillars of His Majesty King Abdullah II's vision for managing internal and external affairs, noting it is based on a balanced approach that combines comprehensive modernization with maintaining stability. He highlighted that Jordan's active international presence reflects His Majesty's efforts to expand partnerships and solidify the Kingdom's position on regional and global issues while adhering to national interests.
Regarding regional developments, Al-Issawi stated that the current stage requires precise approaches to preserve Jordan's interests and enhance its role in supporting regional security. He emphasized that internal front cohesion is the primary pillar of the state's strength. On the economic front, he noted that royal directives focus on improving living standards by stimulating investment and expanding social protection.
Al-Issawi also praised the contributions of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah in developing education and the role of HRH Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II in supporting youth creativity. Regarding the Palestinian cause, he reaffirmed Jordan's firm stance in defending Palestinian rights and the Hashemite Custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
The JEA council members expressed appreciation for the King's and Crown Prince's efforts, stating they inspire their professional journey to serve the national interest. They reviewed the association's role as a house of expertise and its efforts in promoting Jordanian engineers abroad, while also addressing plans to ensure the sustainability of the pension fund.
The Qidwa Party delegation expressed pride in the Hashemite leadership, valuing the King's continuous efforts to protect Jordan's security amid regional crises. They praised the royal diplomatic vision that defends national and Arab constants, emphasizing that there is no stability without justice and the restoration of Palestinian rights. They also lauded Jordan's political and humanitarian support for Gaza, Syria, and Gulf Arab countries.
