Dr. Yaqoub Nasir-Eddin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Middle East University (MEU), in the presence of University President Professor Salam Al-Mahadin, met with Professor Hassan Al-Momani, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) at the University of Jordan, accompanied by researcher Dr. Qais Al-Khatib.
​During the meeting, the two parties discussed future partnership opportunities, focusing on the establishment of a specialized research track in prospective studies. This initiative aims to produce high-quality research that supports national development paths and addresses the various challenges facing the Kingdom across multiple sectors.
​Both sides emphasized the importance of utilizing scientific research and strategic studies to anticipate future transformations. They highlighted the need for building scientific approaches that support decision-making processes and keep pace with rapid regional and international changes.
​The visiting delegation took a field tour of the university's facilities and colleges, expressing admiration for MEU's institutional development, academic and technical infrastructure, and the progress achieved in its educational, research, and administrative systems.
