The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) announced the organization of a series of promotional events across a number of global capitals. This comes as part of an integrated marketing plan aimed at enhancing Jordan's presence on the global tourism map and introducing its unique tourism, cultural, and human capabilities, alongside promising investment opportunities and an attractive business environment.
The Board emphasized that these events are part of ongoing efforts to expand the Kingdom's tourism promotion in high-priority international markets by leveraging national occasions and global events to highlight Jordan as a safe, diverse destination rich in exceptional experiences.
The JTB noted that the promotional program includes introductory and cultural activities across several international capitals, including London, Moscow, Rome, Madrid, Algiers, New Delhi, and Tokyo, as well as events in Brasilia, Ottawa, and Jakarta. This is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and Jordanian diplomatic missions in those capitals to reflect the diversity of Jordan's tourism product and boost the Kingdom's presence before a global audience.
The Board added that these activities feature promotional and cultural showcases, as well as interactive experiences that shed light on the Jordanian identity. They will highlight Jordan's archaeological, natural, religious, and medical tourism sites, in addition to promoting national occasions—foremost of which are the Kingdom's celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Independence. This is further supported by the momentum surrounding the "Nashama" national football team's participation in the 2026 World Cup, contributing to enhancing Jordan's modern image and solidifying its position as a global tourism destination.
The Jordan Tourism Board reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its promotional plans through its overseas offices and in partnership with various relevant entities to ensure broader access to target markets and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns dedicated to Jordan in the coming period.
