The official Syrian News Agency quoted a military source as saying that the Israeli occupation aircraft carried out an "air aggression" at dawn on Monday from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, west of Latakia, targeting Aleppo International Airport.

The agency stated that the Israeli aggression caused material damage to the airport runway and put it out of service.
