Hotel reservation rates in Qatar continue to set records as the World Cup kicks off from November 20 to December 18, 2022.
CNBC Arabia's monitoring of hotel reservations sites on the Internet showed that the prices of hotel accommodation during the World Cup range between $5,000 and $3,000 per night in five- and four-star hotels, while ranging from 2,000 to about $500 in three- and two-star hotels.
The total number of hotels in Qatar is 128, the number of hotel rooms is currently more than 30,000, and the number of beds is about 43,000.
Hotels in Qatar will be one of the options for World Cup guests to stay and overnight, as well as apartments and housing units distributed within the capital, as well as desert tents, and cruise ships that will provide more than 5,000 floating hotel rooms.
