He concluded: The occupation soldiers were walking around inside the hospital and their snipers were deployed, and not everyone was able to get out.

Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forcibly evacuated Al-Shifa Hospital of all the displaced and injured who were able to walk and most of the medical staff, leaving about 450 patients and about 5,000 people walking on Al-Wahda Street towards Salah Al-Din Road, walking a distance of more than 25 km.
