The Public Security Directorate warned of the expected depression tomorrow, Sunday, which may be accompanied by heavy rain, and low horizontal visibility due to winds stirring dust and dust.
The Directorate stressed the need to follow the bulletins issued by the Directorate of Public Security and the concerned authorities, and to follow the following advice and instructions:
1. Stay away from the sides of valleys, places where floods form, and low-lying areas, including the Dead Sea area.
2. Inspect vehicles, adhere to traffic rules, and avoid committing traffic violations.
3. Moving from low places to higher, safer places, especially for those living in mobile housing units.
4. Do not risk crossing the road, whether on foot or vehicles, in the event of high water levels.
5. Take caution on external roads that will witness rain, and stay away from high speeds.
6. Safe use of all types of heating means if they are operated and the house is ventilated from time to time.
7. The risk of low horizontal visibility due to dust in the desert areas or due to low clouds touching the ground’s surface above the mountain highlands.
8. Take caution due to the high speed of the wind and the gusts accompanying it, and secure volatile objects.
9. Do not hesitate to call the unified emergency number (911) if the need arises.
