His Majesty King Abdullah II arrived in the Kingdom of Bahrain on Wednesday to lead the Jordanian delegation participating in the 33rd regular session of the Arab Summit. He was received by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.

His Majesty departed from Jordan earlier today, while the summit’s proceedings are set to begin on Thursday.

The Jordanian delegation at the summit includes Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, the King’s Office Director Jafar Hassan, and Jordan’s Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Amjad Al Adaileh.

His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, took the constitutional oath as the deputy to His Majesty the King, in the presence of the cabinet.
