From July 27 to 31, 2024, Zarqa University participated in the national training program "Nashama," titled "Self-Leadership License." The program was held over five days at Al Hussein Youth City in Amman, with participants including university students, members of youth centers, and representatives of youth organizations and Jordanian political parties from across the kingdom.
The training program covered topics such as thinking styles, leading positive change, youth leadership thinking, and self-motivation and development post-discovery.
Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Majid Musaada, emphasized the university's commitment to engaging with various community institutions and providing a suitable university environment for its students. He noted that participation in diverse meetings, programs, and activities enhances student involvement in life.
He added that student participation in national programs aligns with the university's vision to support the educational journey that contributes to serving the local community by highlighting youth leadership in national programs.
Furthermore, he affirmed that the participation of university students in local events reflects Zarqa University's vision to elevate the academic and professional levels of its students. The university aims to invest in its students through education and training, creating generations capable of self-leadership, adapting to developments, and leading institutions across Jordan.
