An exceptional night blended classical and modern music in an enchanting artistic mix experienced by the audience of the 38th Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts in a remarkable evening featuring the Autostrad Symphonic Band and the National Institute Orchestra, led by the Jordanian maestro and musician Dr. Haitham Sukaria, on the main stage of Jerash Square.
The band started their set with the song "Al-Daffa," sending a message of solidarity and resilience to the steadfast people of Gaza, which the audience enthusiastically responded to.
The band continued their performance with the song "Estanni Shway," which the audience engaged with and sang along to, followed by the song "Albert," where the audience's singing overshadowed the voice of the artist Yazan Al-Rousan.
To the tunes of the song "Rahat Ya Khal," the audience's voices rose, followed by a selection of the band's most beautiful songs, including "Bighayabak" and "Irkod Ala Al-Gym," which the audience interacted with enthusiastically.
The National Institute Orchestra excelled in playing the most beautiful melodies and rhythms that creatively and innovatively combined two worlds of art, adding a unique beauty to the stage.
The band concluded their performance with the song "Safer," which the audience also sang along to with great enthusiasm. The executive director of the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts, Ayman Samawi, and the mayor of Jerash, Ahmed Al-Attoum, honored the Autostrad Band and the Jordanian musician Dr. Haitham Sukaria with the festival shield, thanking them for this special night.
