Mousa, a graduate of Telecommunications Engineering from Yarmouk University, who began his six-month internship in 2021, says that the internship experience at Orange was very realistic, effectively dissolving the distinction between "training" and "employment." Yara, an Industrial Engineering graduate, found 2022 to be a remarkable year as she joined as an intern and was hired as a full-time employee before the year ended.

Yara stated that she saw Orange Jordan as a dream job. During her internship, she was drawn to the work environment and the collaboration among employees across all departments and specializations.
