Internships may seem like a mere academic requirement leading to graduation, but in reality, they play a much more significant role in the job market, benefiting both interns and companies alike.
According to global statistics, internships enable companies to save around $2 billion annually. These figures might encourage companies to reposition internships as a critical component of their human resources strategy, aiming to achieve various goals, including ensuring employee diversity, increasing women's participation in the workforce—especially since around 750,000 women participate in job training programs worldwide—attracting young talent, and helping reduce unemployment rates.
Orange Jordan’s proactive approach to business also applies to human resources. The company implements a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the outcomes of job training programs, enabling interns to unleash their talents and skills while providing them with the opportunity to engage in the job market in a "realistic" manner. This approach prepares them effectively for their careers, merging reality with goals and allowing the "seeds of ambition" to flourish into professional success, personal growth, and advancement within a supportive and nurturing work environment.

This experience strengthened the theoretical knowledge she had acquired in this field.
She expressed her happiness with the diversity of the work experience at Orange, where she had the opportunity to work with employees from different cultures, enriching her experience on a personal level as well. She mentioned that her ability to overcome challenges and gain maximum benefit from the internship doubled her ambition and provided a clear example that perseverance, support, and hard work are the components of the success equation in an environment that celebrates success.
