Jordan Kuwait Bank, represented by CEO Mr. Haitham Al-Batihi, signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Arab Orphan Committee, represented by Chairman of the Board Mr. Khaled Kanaan, in the presence of the Committee’s CEO Mr. Abdullah Mohammed, along with a joint team from the Jordan Kuwait Bank and the Committee.
The agreement serves as financial support for the Committee's "Bunyan" educational fund program. Under this cooperation, Jordan Kuwait Bank will offer educational scholarships specifically for orphaned and needy students in Palestine, aiming to assist them in completing their studies and preparing them to enter the workforce. This initiative is part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility, focused on supporting youth and the educational sector, which aligns with the bank’s goal of providing sustainable human resources by nurturing outstanding and qualified students.
Mr. Al-Batihi praised the efforts made by the Committee in advancing education and empowering young people to achieve their academic and professional aspirations. He expressed optimism that this collaboration would be a positive turning point in the lives of the students, helping them achieve their dreams. This is part of the bank's contribution to sustainable development and community service, supporting the educational sector, and contributing to the workforce with qualified individuals. He emphasized that the bank prioritizes supporting efforts aimed at advancing and revitalizing the education sector.
