Orange Jordan, through its community programmes under the umbrella of Orange Digital Centres, aims to build long-term relationships with participants and enable them to enhance their skills by exchanging experiences with experts from around the world. In line with this, Orange allowed participants in its programmes to showcase their products and services at the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference "SOFEX Jordan 2024."
The company also highlighted its digital innovations, including the "MARS-JO Rover," a vehicle designed, built, and manufactured at the digital manufacturing lab in Irbid for educational purposes, simulating the exploration and study of space and Martian environments.
Startup companies had the opportunity to engage with the public, including the "Manara Research and Development" project, which specialises in manufacturing electronic devices and solutions, particularly interactive holographic images tailored to customer needs. It is one of Orange Jordan’s business accelerator projects in Zarqa.
Orange’s participation also introduced the audience to the Virtual Hospital project, designed at the Innovation Hub in Amman, which uses augmented reality technology in healthcare services. This project is expected to set new standards through personalised service, saving time and effort for both doctors and patients, thereby improving the overall patient experience and healthcare services.
It is worth noting that Orange Jordan sponsored the 14th edition of SOFEX 2024, continuing its strategic partnership with the Jordanian Armed Forces and security agencies. The company also provided communication services to visitors and showcased its latest security technology solutions at its booth.
