A month has passed since His Majesty King Abdullah II assigned Dr. Jaafar Hassan as Prime Minister, and we have started to witness a new pattern that we are not accustomed to in the work of previous governments. We saw the Prime Minister, in the early days of his assignment, touring cities and villages, visiting governmental and service institutions in unannounced visits, meeting citizens, listening to them, and understanding their needs—something we honestly did not expect and are not used to.

Prime Minister Hassan did not forget to meet with investors and understand their problems. We also saw him hold a cabinet meeting in Karak city, making the Prime Minister and his government closer to the field. This is what we demand and hope to see consistently from the Prime Minister— that he and his team do not remain confined within the walls of the Royal Palace in the Fourth Circle.

In truth, the President's meeting with health professionals, which he initiated as the beginning of his meetings with civil society organizations, undoubtedly carries positive indications and implications. Prime Minister Hassan gives the health sector a special and deserved priority due to its direct importance to the lives of citizens.

Regarding his ministers, the meetings of the Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Abdul-Mannam Al-Awdat, with leaders of Jordanian political parties from various spectrums provide a positive indication of the government's approach to dealing with the outcomes of the parliamentary elections, which the civil and security institutions of the Jordanian state successfully conducted with complete integrity and transparency. I believe these outcomes will have significant results in restoring the confidence of Jordanians in the electoral process, and we will witness increasing turnout at the ballot boxes in the coming elections.

As for the economic challenges we face, I believe we know them well, so there is no need to mention them. However, what is important now is to confront these challenges and obstacles with a new approach, enlightened thinking, and courage in decision-making, avoiding delays and procrastination. We must listen to Jordanian investors first, followed by foreign investors. If we cannot maintain the investments of Jordanians, we will not succeed in attracting foreign investors. This is a reality we all understand.

Furthermore, we must fully exploit our various resources, starting with our human resources, especially the unemployed youth. They possess significant potential that we can benefit from if we provide them with financial support in the form of long-term interest-free loans to establish small projects in various sectors, such as information technology, agriculture, simple industries, tourism, and others. We can also support them with expertise from seasoned professionals in these fields, who will not hesitate to extend a helping hand to these young people.

In conclusion, I state with all sincerity that despite the difficult political, economic, and security challenges surrounding us, we have great confidence in our wise Hashemite leadership's ability to steer Jordan to safety and navigate this phase with ease and competence, just as we have overcome many previous crises and difficulties. With the diligence and efforts of our sons in the armed forces and security agencies, who are the shield of the nation, they carry their lives in their hands to keep Jordan a safe, secure, and proud country, standing tall against the envious and those plotting against it, God willing.
