Amman, 29 October 2024: As part of its strategy to empower university students, enhance their skills, and equip them with essential abilities to keep up with the fast-paced changes in the job market, the Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) conducted a training program at its branches located in universities. The program featured a series of workshops on user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design using Figma, aimed at developing students' skills in web application design, acquainting them with the latest advancements in digital technology, and guiding them toward creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of various sectors.
The program was held at ZINC branches in the University of Jordan, the Hashemite University, Yarmouk University, Mutah University, and Al-Balqa Applied University, with the participation of 152 students. Led by trainer and expert Alaa Ali, the program included 10 training hours covering several core topics related to user interface design, how to use Figma tools to interactive designs, principles of user experience design, and best practices for implementing professional designs.
The organization of this program by ZINC reflects its commitment to supporting and equipping a generation of talent in modern technology fields by providing them with the digital skills demanded by the job market. By specifically targeting university students, the platform aims to offer an interactive educational environment where they can apply their skills practically, effectively preparing them for the job market and enhancing their competencies in UI and UX design.
