There’s no doubt I’ve written and revised these words dozens of times. Why? Because I am about to describe a comprehensive Jordanian political figure. I say “comprehensive” because, as observers of the scene, whenever we try to analyse a political event—whether national, regional, or even global—we find that he presents a well-studied, logical analysis that feels fresh, as though we’re hearing it for the first time.

He is a political reference, a top-tier analyst, and a veteran of the media world. Although he rarely appears in public, he is close to everyone, leading several news platforms with the skill of an unsung hero. He directs them in service of the nation and its people, offering media space to every official who genuinely wishes to serve the country.

Across the nation, when searching for a political analyst with a voice, someone who conveys the truth without bias or flattery, you find him standing at an equal distance from all. Wherever the national interest lies, he is there, supporting actions that serve the country, whether executive or legislative, and openly criticising any negative performance. He is a man of action—when he speaks, he acts.

His Excellency Mr. Sakhr Abu Anzeh is a national media and political school of thought and a man of principle. Everyone feels close to him, regardless of their field or specialty. He respects everyone, speaks little, responds quickly to those who seek his advice, but never remains silent in the face of any error or shortcoming against the nation or its people.

In light of the fast-paced events, both locally and globally, we must rely on and listen to these national figures who love and are devoted to the soil of their homeland and its leadership. I wished to express in a few words the depth of this political reference—a modest man who shies from the spotlight, who serves everyone, observing in silence but acting firmly when he speaks. His name is Sakhr, but his heart is soft enough to embrace everyone.

To His Excellency Mr. Sakhr Abu Anzeh: thank you, as vast as the nation itself, for every piece of advice you offer to those in need. Thank you to people like you who care so deeply for the country. Thank you for your patriotic stances. I urge all national media to seek out and listen to this profound political school of thought—a truly exceptional national figure.

And may God watch over us, protecting Jordan from the schemes of the spiteful so that it may remain the example to follow under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. May God protect and keep him.
