The teams of Al-Hussein, Al-Salt, Al-Sherif, and Al-Wehdat secured their spots in the semi-finals of the 2024/2025 Jordanian Shield Cup after the completion of the fifth and final round of group-stage matches. These matches were held at Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa.

The semi-finals will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 15-16, at Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa. On Friday, Al-Hussein will face Al-Salt at 6:00 PM, while on Saturday, Al-Sherif will meet Al-Wehdat at the same time. The final match will be held on Wednesday, November 20.

The 2024 Jordanian Shield Cup is being played for the first time under its new format during the international break, with the 12 professional teams divided into two groups of six. Each group plays a single round-robin system.
