Under the patronage of the Director General of the Jordan Petroleum Products Marketing Company (Jopetrol), Eng. Khaled Al-Zoubi, the company inaugurated its new Training and Development Centre. The initiative aims to enhance employee competencies and provide innovative learning opportunities for the local community, aligning with the company's 2024 strategic plan.
The centre is a cornerstone of Jopetrol's vision to develop employee skills while fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. It features state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced simulation systems replicating core operations in the petroleum derivatives and related services sector. This cutting-edge training environment offers participants practical, real-world experiences to boost their professional expertise.
Speaking at the inauguration, Eng. Khaled Al-Zoubi emphasised the significance of the centre as a step towards sustainable development and economic empowerment. He stated, "The establishment of the Training and Development Unit reflects Jopetrol's commitment to social responsibility and its dedication to building fruitful partnerships with various community groups.
