Raed Rafid Al-Khattab, Director of the Meteorological Department, has announced that the Kingdom will experience fluctuating weather over the next three days, ranging from relatively stable to unstable conditions, accompanied by a gradual in temperatures.
Al-Khattab explained that today, Tuesday, will see a slight rise in daytime temperatures. The weather will be cool in the highlands and mild in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with medium to high-altitude clouds.
At night, temperatures will drop, making it cold across most areas, with a chance of frost formation in the Badia region and Sharah mountains. He warned of reduced visibility due to morning fog.
On Wednesday, the weather is expected to be relatively cold during the day, with light rain showers possible in southern parts of the Kingdom due to weak instability. Nighttime will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with scattered rain expected in northern and central regions. Drivers are advised to exercise caution due to potential road slipperiness.
By Thursday, temperatures will dip slightly further, bringing relatively cold and cloudy weather during the day, with intermittent rain in northern and central regions. Rainfall in northern areas may be heavy at times, accompanied by thunder.
Al-Khattab stressed the importance of being cautious due to reduced visibility from fog and the risk of flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas in the north. He also urged the public to follow safety guidelines during these conditions and take precautions against frost and wet roads.
