Armosh Tourism Investments, the operator of McDonald’s Jordan, has introduced an in-app ordering and payment feature aimed at enhancing customer experience through faster and smoother service.

The new feature allows customers to their meals, choose a pickup method, and complete payment directly via the McDonald's Jordan app. This ensures orders are ready upon arrival, reducing wait times. The move aligns with McDonald's Jordan’s commitment to digital transformation and service innovation.

According to Armosh Tourism Investments, the feature enhances order accuracy, personalizes service by recognizing customer names, and eases pressure on staff, ultimately improving service quality.

Currently, the service is exclusive to in-store pickups and does not cover home delivery.

McDonald's Jordan is fully owned and operated by Armosh Tourism Investments, a Jordanian company. As part of its national and social responsibility, McDonald's Jordan employs an entirely Jordanian workforce and sources most of its ingredients from local and regional suppliers.
