Arab Bank and Atico Fakhr El-Din Group have renewed their cooperation agreement, introducing additional benefits to enhance their loyalty and rewards programs, "Atico Jewels" and "Arabi Points." This move aims to reward customers with valuable offers tailored to their lifestyle and daily needs.

The agreement was signed by Yaqub Matouq, Head of Retail Banking at Arab Bank – Jordan, and Azzam Fakhr El-Din, Chief Operating Officer of Atico Fakhr El-Din Group.

Under the renewed agreement, Arab Bank cardholders will enjoy exclusive benefits at Atico Fakhr El-Din’s restaurants and venues. Customers using Arab Bank credit cards can convert "Arabi Points" into "Atico Jewels" via the Arabi Mobile app for added value. Additionally, the two loyalty programs will be linked, allowing customers to exchange their bank points for Atico’s rewards and redeem them across the group’s establishments.

The partnership also includes Arab Bank’s participation in Atico Fakhr El-Din’s marketing events, strengthening customer engagement and offering exclusive promotions.

Commenting on the renewal, Matouq highlighted Arab Bank’s commitment to innovating its rewards programs to align with customer expectations. He emphasized the added convenience of redeeming "Arabi Points" instantly at Atico venues through Arabi Mobile.

Fakhr El-Din stated that such agreements reinforce the group's leadership in hospitality and enhance the "Atico Jewels" program, providing customers with modern and flexible reward options that align with the company’s strategic vision.

"Arabi Points" is Arab Bank’s loyalty program, rewarding customers for their daily banking transactions. Points can be redeemed for cash, shopping vouchers, or used for payments via the Arabi MobiCash app.

"Atico Jewels" is Atico Fakhr El-Din’s loyalty program, rewarding customers with jewels based on visits and app usage. These jewels can be redeemed for free payments and exclusive benefits at the group’s venues.
