King Begins U.S. Working Visit, Meets Trump Tuesday

His Majesty King Abdullah II began a working visit to the United States on Sunday.

In Washington, the King is set to meet U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday.

He will also hold talks with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, Special Presidential Envoy to the Middle East Steven Witkoff, and members of congressional committees in both the Senate and House of Representatives.

Tomorrow, Monday, the King will visit Boston to meet with representatives of American companies and higher education institutions, as well as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey. These meetings were postponed in December due to severe weather conditions.

Earlier on Sunday, the King met with U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth
