A source told Al-Malaeb that after consultations among Al-Faisaly Club’s board members, club president Nidal Al-Hadid decided to withdraw his resignation, which he had submitted several days ago.

The source dismissed circulating reports on social media and news platforms regarding the reasons behind Hadid’s reversal, calling them inaccurate.

The board held multiple meetings to discuss the possibility of handing over club management to a temporary committee, but no formal agreement was reached.

According to the source, the dispute within the club’s management was purely financial, stemming from an obligation to pay JD 250,000 before the end of March due to complaints filed by former players.

The source confirmed that the board will remain in place until the end of its term, regardless of Hadid’s absence from the club’s football affairs.

He concluded by stating, "Anyone who wants to be Al-Faisaly's president must cover the club’s financial obligations."
