Jordan condemned external attempts and interventions targeting Syria’s security.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi stated on his official X account that efforts to drive Syria into chaos, strife, and conflict are crimes that pose a direct threat to regional stability.

In a statement on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Jordan’s support for Syria’s security, stability, unity, and sovereignty.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Sufian Qudah denounced all attempts, groups, and foreign interventions undermining Syria’s security, peace, and institutions, warning against efforts to push the country into turmoil and conflict.

Qudah reiterated Jordan’s support for the Syrian government in all measures it takes to safeguard the country’s security, stability, and public safety while upholding law and civil peace.

He also stressed the need for collective efforts to assist Syria in rebuilding the state on foundations that preserve its unity, security, stability, and sovereignty while ensuring the rights of all Syrians
