The Cybersecurity Center at the Faculty of Information Technology at Amman Al-Ahliyya University has been officially accredited as the host center for the Arab Universities Union's Cybersecurity Center after meeting all necessary requirements.

This achievement highlights the university’s leadership in strengthening cybersecurity at both academic and practical levels, contributing to the protection of cyberspace in Jordan and the Arab region. The accreditation also supports scientific research, specialized training, and cooperation among Arab universities to keep pace with rapid advancements in this critical field.

University President Dr. Sari Hamdan described the accreditation as a major milestone, reaffirming the university’s commitment to fostering an advanced educational and research environment in cybersecurity.

The designation aligns with the vision of Jordan’s leadership to build a secure and sustainable digital society based on knowledge and innovation, further establishing the country as a regional hub for cybersecurity.
