During Wednesday’s parliamentary session, MP Mohammed Al-Jarrah apologized to MP Qasem Al-Qubai for their previous altercation. He also extended his apology to the entire House of Representatives before exiting the session, allowing the council to determine the appropriate course of action regarding him.

In response, Al-Qubai stated, "In deference to my fellow MPs and in honor of their wishes, I will abide by the measures taken by the council regarding MP Al-Jarrah."

House Speaker Ahmed Al-Safadi commended Al-Qubai for his decision to move past the dispute, emphasizing the importance of tolerance, especially during the holy month. He described Al-Qubai as a man of honor, wisdom, and resilience, deserving of respect and admiration.

Al-Safadi reaffirmed the constitutional stature of the House of Representatives, stressing that it must always serve as a true reflection of the people's will. He thanked all MPs who contributed to resolving the issue and pledged to continue fulfilling their parliamentary duties with responsibility and dedication to the aspirations of the Jordanian people.
