In a move reflecting its motto “Always with you,” Orange Jordan launched an initiative aimed at strengthening direct communication between customers and employees across both administrative and technical positions within the company.
Held on Tuesday, April 15, the initiative saw the participation of over 1,100 employees who were divided into 233 field teams dispatched across the Kingdom to meet customers where they are, listen closely to their opinions and feedback, and work on turning those insights into concrete actions that deliver a customer-centric experience.
Orange Jordan CEO, Engineer Philippe Mansour, took part in the initiative alongside executive board members and employees, creating an atmosphere that embodied the company’s spirit of communication—particularly the interaction with colleagues in stores and the sharing of their daily experiences.
This initiative falls within a broader strategic direction across Orange Middle East and Africa Group, where it was launched in 17 countries to strengthen channels for listening to customers.
Engineer Mansour expressed his delight at the launch, affirming that customers have always been—and will remain—the central focus of Orange and the foundation of its success. He stressed that direct feedback is an essential tool in developing the company’s services and social initiatives. He also expressed great pride in Orange Jordan’s employees for their outstanding efforts and dedication, calling them the true ambassadors of Orange’s values and spirit.
