Amman, May 3, 2025 – As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and empowering youth across Jordan’s governorates, Zain Jordan, through its innovation platform ZINC, has announced its strategic partnership for the “Mutah University Entrepreneurship Hackathon 2025.” The event, organized by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Mutah University, was recently held at the university’s campus in Karak, bringing together 114 students from various academic disciplines.

As a strategic partner, ZINC supported the hackathon by offering a series of specialized workshops designed to equip participants with practical skills essential for transforming their ideas into viable entrepreneurial projects. These workshops covered topics such as pitching ideas, Arduino and sensors, introduction to design tools like Figma, 3D modeling, and product manufacturing. Additionally, Zain’s on-campus branch hosted several of these training sessions.

ZINC also played an active role in the hackathon by leveraging its extensive expertise in entrepreneurship and technology. It provided hands-on mentorship and innovation tools to help participants develop their ideas. Furthermore, ZINC was part of the judging panel, offering constructive feedback to enhance the quality and feasibility of the startup projects and guide them towards sustainable development.
