Gold prices in the local market dropped by 1 dinar per gram, according to the pricing issued Thursday morning by the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewellery Shops.

The selling price of 21-carat gold stands at JD68 per gram at jewellery shops, while the buying price is JD66.

As for other carats, the selling prices per gram at jewellery shops are:

24-carat: JD78

18-carat: JD60.50

14-carat: JD45.90
