Egypt’s Juvenile Misdemeanours Court has ordered the placement of actor Mohamed Ramadan’s son in a social care home, following a case in which he assaulted one of his peers at the New Giza Club.

Ahmed Mokhtar, the victim’s lawyer, said the court issued its decision this evening without specifying the duration of the child’s stay in the care facility.
