In celebration of Independence Day and in solidarity with cancer warriors, the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at Amman Ahliyya University and Rajwa Foundation for Guidance and Training held an international charity marathon on Saturday, 24 May 2025, along Airport Road in Amman.

The event was organised in cooperation with Aoun Physical Therapy Club, Athar Club, the university’s Deanship of Student Affairs, and Arena Sports Club, with broad participation from faculty, staff, and students.

The marathon included various distances—1 km, 5 km, and up to 20 km—and aimed not only to promote physical activity, but also to provide financial and psychological support, raise awareness, and deliver a message of hope and patients' rights for those battling cancer.
