Amman, 28 May 2025 – As part of its continued support for the sports and youth sectors, and within its long-standing strategic partnership with Red Bull, Zain Jordan – the strategic partner of Red Bull events and activities in Jordan – sponsored the ‘Red Bull Goal English’ tournament, which featured five qualifying rounds in Amman and Irbid, and concluded on Friday at the Iris International Sports Academy pitches in the capital, Amman.

Zain’s sponsorship of the tournament comes as part of its contributions to strengthening Jordan’s position on the global sports map, especially in football, which enjoys wide popularity. It also reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the sports and youth sectors in Jordan, empowering young people and encouraging them to engage in physical sports that help develop and showcase their talents and enhance their presence in local, regional, and international sports arenas.

The tournament saw wide participation from Jordanian youth in Amman and several other governorates. Qualifiers were held between 9 and 15 May, targeting football-loving young players aged 18 to 35. Ten teams qualified for the national final, and the team “Falcons” was crowned champion, earning a chance to visit Red Bull Salzburg Football Club in Austria.

Zain continues to support the Jordanian sports sector by organising and sponsoring various sports tournaments and activities, and by backing major sporting events hosted in the Kingdom.
