Amman Ahliyya Honors Outstanding Students Across Various Fields

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, President of Amman Ahliyya University, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized an honorary ceremony on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, to recognize a group of outstanding students in appreciation of their achievements that have enhanced the university's image both locally and internationally.

The honored students included those excelling in sports, community and humanitarian initiatives, volunteer work, and members of the university's choir who delivered remarkable artistic performances throughout the academic year.

The event began with a welcoming speech by the university president, in which he expressed the pride of the university, represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, and Vice Chairman Mr. Omar Al-Hourani, in the students' accomplishments.

He emphasized the importance of nurturing and supporting student talents in various fields, as this is a fundamental pillar in shaping student character and promoting a spirit of belonging and excellence.

Professor Dr. Mustafa Al-Atiyat, Dean of Student Affairs, also expressed his pride in the honored students, praising their efforts in sports, arts, culture, and community service, and commending their achievements that brought recognition to the university and Jordan in both local and international forums.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates, honorary shields, and symbolic gifts to the honored students amid a celebratory atmosphere and great interaction from the attendees.

A total of 40 male and female students were honored.
This event reflects the university's mission to support its students, appreciate their efforts, and foster an educational environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
