A source tells Al-Malaeb that FIFA has imposed a player registration ban on Al-Faisaly Club following a complaint filed months ago by Syrian goalkeeper Ahmad Madanieh, demanding full payment of his contract dues.

According to the source, FIFA ruled in favour of Madanieh, forcing Faisaly’s management into a race against time to resolve the financial issue and settle the outstanding payments in hopes of lifting the ban before the start of official competitions.

The source adds that the club's administration is making intensive efforts to close the case and avoid repercussions that could affect the team’s campaign in the upcoming season.
